Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to have all orders sent within the same week. Delivery time will depend on your location. Usually within a few business days within Belgium & Holland. Other countries may vary.
Orders are processed via MyParcel, and are being delivered by BPost, PostNL or DPD.

Shipping in Belgium & Holland is free. You will get a track&trace via MyParcel.  

Order not delivered/lost/damaged?

Problems with your order? Please contact us at yinhoodie@gmail.com. 
Depending on what problem arises, we can send you a new order, or refund your order.

Return Policy

We offer free returns for 14 days from the date your order is delivered/received. 

Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in 'new' condition. This includes packaging.

If you would like to return an item, contact us trough yinhoodie@gmail.com. Please provide a picture of your item before shipping, so we can check the condition.

What are Yinnies made from? 

A Yinnie is a blanket hoodie. The blanket hoodies are made out of fleece. The inside is a sherpa fleece, giving it a woolly feel and look, but it is not made from sheepwool. The outside is a flannel fleece. These blanket hoodies are vegan. 

Customs or import fees? 

Blanket hoodies are being sent from Belgium, and within Europe you should not pay import fees. Outside of Europe, local regulations can require you to pay import fees.

How do I wash a blanket hoodie? 

The blanket hoodie is machine washable. They can be washed on 30° C. Use a wool or silk program or one for delicate clothing. Do NOT put it in the dryer, and do not iron the blanket hoodie.

How does sizing work?

The Blanket Hoodie is 'one size fits most'. Sizes are based on 6XL.
